Meadowlark Community Mill

We are a farm (Meadowlark Organics) and have an on-farm flour mill (Meadowlark Community Mill). We are committed to increasing the diversity of our agricultural landscape, building equitable markets for farmers, creating a product of exceptional quality, and supporting the success of all bakers and chefs who work with our grain.

Our on-farm mill serves as the lever to accomplish these goals, and will supply the growing demand for regionally grown and milled grains. We are here to serve farmers, culinary professionals, and home bakers. We want to share the bounty of the Driftless region by milling high quality stone ground flour using organic grains, with an emphasis on those grown in the Driftless Region.

How to Buy: They are members of the Dane County Farmer's Market, and sell at Willy Street Co-op and Metcalfes (Madison), and Brix Cider (Mt. Horeb).
