Little Red Dairy

Alan and Emily Miller were starting to feel nervous about the state of the dairy economy, so they decided to take the future of their dairy into their own hands in order for it to sustain for potential future generations. In 2019, the young couple started Little Red Dairy, an on-farm creamery where they make cheese from milk produced on their 220-cow dairy near Theilman, Minn. The Millers make cheese curds in four flavors: plain, dill, taco and ranch.
