We raise a fold of Scottish Highland cattle that are grass fed and grass finished. Our cattle are raised with a lot of attention and caring, our beef is all natural, we don't treat our animals with hormones. The Scottish Highland shaggy coat and thick hide means little fat is required to insulate them. As a result the meat is low in fat and cholesterol and tends to be higher in protein. Studies have shown the Highland grass fed and finished beef to be higher in beneficial Omega 3 fatty acid, Beta-carotene and Vitamin E.
